A student is responsible for all tuition and fees for the enrollment period once courses are registered. Payment is due in full by the first day of instruction unless arrangements in advance are made with the Business Office.
College Core students follow the refund calculation process as determined by the Business Office.
A student who needs to drop a course must do so by calling, stopping by or emailing the APP College Core Program Coordinator, who is the Academic Advisor.
If an College Core Student misses two class sessions of any course or will miss two class sessions of any course, the student will not be able to receive credit for the course. It is the responsibility of the student to notify the APP College Core Program Coordinator. Students that miss two class sessions of any course and do not notify the APP College Core Program Coordinator for the paperwork to be completed, will receive a failing grade for the course and be charged for the course.
A student must notify the APP College Core Program Coordinator by email, phone or coming to the office to withdraw from the semester. The official date of the withdrawal will be the date the withdrawal was requested. Any charges or refund for the courses will be calculated using that date.
College Core Students that drop after 75% of the class will receive a failing grade for the course (by 6:00 p.m. the next to the last session for the five and seven week session classes). Students who drop after 75% of the class will be charged in full for the course.
