TUITION AND COSTS

The tuition rate for the 2008-09 school year is $500 per credit ($1,500 per course) for face to face MBA courses. The $500 per credit rate includes tuition, books, materials, student ID card, parking, and graduation fees. Costs for the specific graduate programs are reviewed annually. For further information regarding tuition, fees, and payment options, please contact the Graduate Business Office, 208-467-8010 or 1-877-668-4968.

Costs for books are calculated for the entire program, not on a per course basis. If your employer's tuition reimbursement benefit does not cover the purchase of books, handouts, or supplemental materials, please contact the School of Business Graduate Office for an analysis of those costs.

An initial deposit of $150 (non-refundable) must be paid to secure a spot in a cohort. Funds may be mailed to the Graduate Office, phoned in using a major credit card, or paid using the online application payment form. A class place will be held for the first 25 accepted students submitting the deposit. Additional qualified students submitting deposits will be placed on a waiting list.

The remaining tuition and fees may be paid using one of the following payment plans:

  • Full Payment Plan. Full payment of the program cost at registration for the first course.
  • Semester Payment Plan. Full payment for the semester's courses due at the beginning of each semester.
  • Monthly Payment Plan. Balance paid in 15 monthly installments due on the 5th of each month. (A $50.00 late payment charge will be assessed on late payments received after the 10th of the month).
  • Financial Aid may be available. Application forms for Financial Aid (Stafford Loans) are available from the Financial Aid Office by calling 208-467-8424, or on the web at Financial Aid.
    • Financial aid is only available for U.S. Citizens or students with an alien I.D. number.
  • Company Reimbursements: Many companies and businesses offer tuition reimbursement for their employees enrolled in accredited educational programs. Contact the personnel office at your place of employment for more information regarding this potential benefit.
  • Veterans Benefits: Students who are eligible for benefits must contact the V.A. Administration for details.
