Director of Special Education and Related Services Endorsement

This program can be either for certification only or lead to
a second master's degree along with the certification as a
Director of Special Education and Related Services.

• Must have a masters's degree in either Exceptional Child or Educational Leadership.

• Must take additional classes in Exceptional Child or Educational Leadership related to certification or to complete a second master's degree to be determined by the program director.

• Must successfully complete the following courses:
  COUN 7545 Counseling with Parents of Children with Exceptionalities
  EDUC 7595g Practicum in Special Education and Related Services
  EDUC 7598d Seminar: Special Education Policies and Procedures
