ED 550 Understanding Aggression: Coping with Aggressive Behavior in the Classroom (3)
This computer-based course is designed to give a better understanding of how aggression affects our lives and the lives of children. Topics will include violence and the challenge of raising and working with children; aggression in our classrooms; American youth gangs and their influence; past and future sports violence; "hot spot" locations of frequent violence; and the aggression-promoting role of alcohol, temperature, driving, television, and other features of modern life..The software program is designed to be loaded onto the hard drive of your personal computer from a compact disk (CD).
Be sure to indicate if you want Pass/Fail or Graded course. Please list date you wish to complete under course dates. The anticipated ending date must be established at the time of registration and that is the date on which grades will be posted, even if the course is completed earlier.
