The student will be given an opportunity to enhance their technology skills using various software programs for the preparation of professional documents associated with their work as an educator and in correlating assessment data and technology curriculum software into their lesson planning for increased student achievement.  Upon completion of this course the student will have been exposed to over 15 different software suites varying in depth from introduction to advanced instruction stages of each. Technology and software suite instruction includes instruction in each of the following: Access, Excel, Fireworks, Dreamweaver 2,3,4, Flash 4, 5, FrontPage 2k, 98, HotMetal Pro, HTML, Java Script, VB Scripting, Outlook, Photoshop 5.5,6,7, PowerPoint, PowerPoint Pro and Word.  The student may select a specific track or may sample from each of the different suites and will be able to perform the skills defined in each of the courses to more effectively and efficiently perform professional activities specific to the students needs.
