This course will focus on teaching participants how to plan their individual professional growth.  Educators will understand the importance and components of an individual professional growth plan; identify area(s) within their Course Development curriculum where content needs to be developed, enhanced or modified;  identify expectations and requirements of previous and next grade level curriculum; develop curriculum content that is consistent with school, district and state goals; develop a scope and sequence of the Course Development curriculum; and use the developed Course Development curriculum within their class setting and/or share with colleagues.
