EDEI 5775 The 360° Leadership Assessment (1)
This online course is based on a comprehensive administrative assessment program created by Educational Impact, Inc. Research studies have shown that successful school leaders value the opinion of their teachers, staff, and supervisors. If leaders only received feedback from their supervisors, they are acting on limited information. If school leaders receive feedback from other people with whom they work (360° feedback), they can act on a more complete picture of perceptions within their learning community. Although most school leaders are somewhat aware of their strengths and weaknesses, 360° feedback accurately reveals areas for improvement. These results allow leaders to generate individual professional development plans that are highly prescriptive.
