This course is a personal guide for laying the groundwork for participants to pursue and maintain their own development and professional leadership as an educator. Participants will consider their strongest beliefs, values, and questions about their role as an educator––and then act on them––and will build inner wisdom, allowing that wisdom to guide daily practice and professional development.
