In this course, participants will explore which of the multiple intelligences can enhance a leader's competence as well as how other intelligences not included in MI Theory are key to effective leadership. The ideas presented will allow participants to explore various perspectives on effective leadership, including: understanding how people learn; how to make better decisions about curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development; and how to develop leadership traits that are most effective for enhanced student learning.
