Crusader Choir

Crusader Choir is the principal choral ensemble of the Music Department.  Consisting of 50 auditioned singers, the choir’s main repertoire is choral masterworks from historical music eras and sacred classics, but also includes more contemporary worship music, as well as pop and jazz.

Directed by Dr. Barry Swanson, the choir performs a minimum of two major concerts each year, tours across the northwest at churches with its sacred concerts, and sings regularly in chapels.  For some 50 years the choir has toured Europe on a regular basis, most recently in the summer of 2008, when they toured England and Scotland.
