Ensembles

Here at NNU we want you to do what you love. Whether that’s some smooth jazz or an ethnic beat, the Department of Music has a vocal ensemble for you. The Crusader Choir, Bella Voce and University Men’s Choir are all open auditions to students of any major. In these choirs you will find choral classics, as well as a mixture of world musics, entertainment pieces and contemporary worship. The Northwesterners is a select group that takes a little bit of everything and performs both locally and as far away as New Zealand.

As an instrumentalist you also have the opportunity to be involved. From Concert Band to the NNU Jazz Revival, we want musicians who are passionate about their work. Sound like that might fit? Take a look at the different groups on the left to find out more about auditions and performances.
