Do you rent...Laptops, Digital Cameras, Camcorders and other types of AV equipment?
The answer to these questions -- YES! Media Technology maintains a large inventory of audio/visual equipment that is available for NNU students and personnel to rent for non-instructional and personal use (There is no charge for equipment loaned for classroom instruction use).
Do you make color copies?
Yes, Media Technology has a color copy machine and can make copies for $.50 per page.
What should I do if I need to send/receive a fax?
Media Technology provides fax sending and receiving services. To send a fax locally the cost is $1.00 for the first page, long distance $2.00 for the first page, and international faxes $3.00 per minute. Each additional page is $.25 per page (local & long distance only). To receive a fax the cost is $.25 per page. Make sure that the sender includes your name and a way to contact you, so we can let you know when the fax has arrived. The Media Technology fax number is (208) 467-8469.
I'm going to be out of town, can you record a class for me?
Media Technology does record classes for students who miss classes due to a validated university event. The student is responsible for letting the professor know that he will need to start the machine and to pay for the tape. For other students, we do rent palm sized recorders so that you can have someone record the class for you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Media Technology accepts all major credit cards. For security purposes, however, credit card transactions can only be made between 8 am and 5 pm M-F. Evening and weekend shifts cannot accept payment from credit cards.
