The library's web page is www.nnu.edu/library. It provides links to the library's online catalog which is shared with College of Idaho, various indexes and databases many of which include full-text materials, and to other libraries. Students may request materials available at other libraries through interlibrary loan services. In order to check out materials, students must present a valid NNU photo ID. Hours are posted at the entrances to the library and on the web page.
COMPUTER USE
All summer school students will have access to computer labs on campus. Computer labs are located in the Wiley Learning Center, the Science Building, each dorm, and the Library. A $7.50 fee will be charged for each summer school session which will give the student access to standard campus software, email, Internet, and $5.00 of print credit.
NNU is founded on Christian principles. Policies of no smoking and no drinking of alcoholic beverages on campus prevail.
A course pre-registration deadline is set at a minimum of two weeks prior to the beginning of the course. At that date the instructor, in discussion with the program coordinator or department chair, will decide whether to teach the course for the number of pre-registered students or request that the course be canceled. Additional registrations will be allowed up to the first day of class for courses not canceled. The University also reserves the right to cancel a course or workshop on the first day of class if enrollment is less than the number pre-registered or if the instructor is incapacitated. Check course listings for special registration deadlines.
GUARANTEED COURSES
There will be a limited number of guaranteed courses. These courses will be taught regardless of the enrollment and are not subject to cancellation. Pre-registration for these classes is highly suggested. Please check the course listing for guaranteed courses.
