Alumni Sharing Knowledge

The Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) Network is designed to provide NNU students with a network of alumni contacts and career information. Do you remember the reality of college life pulling you in every direction as you tried to find your direction?  Or the final months of your college experience as you looked for a job, applied to graduate school, or set out on your very own adventure. The NNU Alumni Association has developed a way to help this generation of students through these challenges by asking you to join an innovative initiative to connect alumni with NNU students.

Alumni Sharing Knowledge offers variety of levels of involvement from which you may choose, primarily built around an online network accessible to students.  Categorized by career field and geographic location, the network allows students to contact participating alumni by e-mail through a link at the campus career center site. Additionally there is opportunity to be involved on campus during our annual Career Week on Alumni Networking Day where alumni and students can sit down together over lunch.  The Career Center is also watching for internship, job shadow, or field experience possibilities for students.

How Do I Get Involved?

Information may be submitted through the online alumni directory and update feature which allows alumni to indicate levels of interest, keep occupation and contact information updated, and select privacy options.  If you have not used the online directory, please read initial login instructions below and e-mail for assistance if needed.  Inquiries about the ASK program and online directory login may be directed to alumni(at)nnu.edu.

LOGIN HERE

Initial Login Instructions
For the user name, enter your NNU ID number as printed above your name on your Messenger address label; your initial password will be the first two letters of your last name followed by your ID # again in a six digit format--if your ID # is less than 6 digits, please put zeros at the front to make 6 digits. For example, if your ID # is 1395 and your last name is Smith….your user name would be '1395' and your password would be 'sm001395'. This combination should work in most cases, but there are individual situations where it may not allow access. Once inside, you will be prompted to create your own personal user name and password.  This site best viewed with Internet Explorer 5 or higher. If you experience a log-in error or do not have access to your ID #, please contact the Alumni Office at alumnidirectory(at)nnu.edu or call 800-654-2411 for assistance.
