This course is designed to introduce working individuals to the fundamentals of crosscultural communication.  Students may have little or nor exposure to the Spanish language prior to this course.  The course will establish strong speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills in Spanish.  Culture and Cultural themes are also integrated into classes to promote proper interaction with individuals from diverse backgrounds.  Upon completion, participants will have functional language skills allowing students to comprehend questions and formulate logical responses to essential questions he/she may face in diverse workplaces.

3rd Annual NNU Experiential Conference

Purpose:

Laugh, learn and link with others at the 3rd Annual NNU Experiential Conference.  Come build your community through Education, Training, Therapy and Networking.

• Increase the awareness of experiential programming in the Treasure Valley
• Take participants through Challenge Course options at NNU
• Demonstrate team building activities that can be used at the work site
• Share what's being used in the industry and network with experiential training professionals to build relationships and share ideas
• Learn how to make it more than just recreation, but powerful learning and training

RE-SCHEDULED FROM APRIL!

• Dates:  October 17-18, 2008
• Times:  Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon
• Location:  NNU Johnson Sports Center and the NNU Challenge Course
• Cost:  $100 per attendee (includes meals)
