STEP is an accelerated delivery degree program designed specifically for adults age 23 and above. Classes are offered online, or held two nights a week from 6 to 10 pm in Nampa and Boise allowing students to work full-time while earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in as little as 16 months.
The program format follows a cohort model. This model allows students to proceed through the program with the same group of people gleaning a wealth of knowledge from the expertise and experience of their colleagues as well as the professors.

Qualified individuals with real-world experience teach the STEP program. Our professors are handpicked business experts with the experience and knowledge to help you succeed. These experts will share the knowledge they have gained from real-life experience and help you apply it to your career. Faculty expertise includes accounting, international management, operations management, finance, business law, marketing, and economics.
STEP is one of the first nationally accredited evening accelerated delivery degree program in the Treasure Valley that offers students a degree in Business Administration. NNU’s Department of Business is internationally accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
