Commencement Participation Policy
A student may participate in commencement if all degree requirements are completed, including math proficiency and the CAAP examination.
Exceptions
With all other requirements met, a student may participate in commencement if:
All requirements appear to be met
No more than 6 credits remain uncompleted, -OR-
No more than 4 credits remain uncompleted and math proficiency has not been met.
LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION is March 28, 2008.
If you receive a participation letter, you will be allowed to participate in commencement actives. You will be able to pick up your academic regalia at Reunion Zero on April 20, 2008. If you receive a non-participation letter, you will want to try to clear for participation.
April 9 - 10:20am MANDATORY SENIOR MEETING in Felter Lecture Hall. You will be given event instructions.
April 16 - LAST DAY TO CLEAR FOR PARTICIPATION
April 20 - REUNION ZERO DINNER at the Brandt Center. If you are cleared to participate you will be able to pick up your regalia after the meal.
April 21 - May 1- Robes may be picked up at the Registrar's Office for students who are cleared.
May 2 - Robes may be picked up at the Idaho Center behind the stage (where you will line up) and robes will be returned behind stage on tables. Enter through Entry 1 (main entrance) or Entry 5 (lower south side).

May 3 - 1:00 pm - NURSING PINNING CEREMONY & Reception, College Church Sanctuary
May 3– 5:15 pm - ALL GRADUATES REHEARSAL, Idaho Center, Bring Hood!
May 3 - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION, Hampton Inn next to the Idaho Center.
May 4 - 9:00 am FINAL ROBE PICK UP AT THE IDAHO CENTER
May 4 – 10:00 am - BACCALAUREATE, Idaho Center, bring Cap, Gown, Honor Cord, carry Hood. Line-Up at 9:15 am
May 4– 3:00 pm - COMMENCEMENT, Idaho Center, bring Cap, Gown, Honor Cords, Hood. Line Up at 2:15 pm
