Mission Statement
The primary mission of the Office of Student Health Services is to promote the optimum health of the student body through prevention, treatment, health promotion, and educational outreach. We strive to prepare students to be their own health advocates and informed consumers of appropriate health care services.
Services
Northwest Nazarene University Student Health Services provides free, confidential health care for all full-time students. Eligibility for care begins the first day of classes until transfer or graduation regardless of type of health care insurance.
Services provided by NNU Student Health Center include the following:
*Treatment of acute and chronic medical illnesses and injuries
*Referrals to specialty providers
*Physical Exams
*Women’s health care
*Men’s health care
*Immunizations
*Allergy Injections
*Lifestyle Counseling (including health promotion, exercise, nutrition, stress management)
*Laboratory tests (the cost of these tests are the full responsibility of the student)

You may schedule an appointment by calling (208) 467-8466 or (208) 467-8673. Appointments are available Monday through Friday during the academic year. If your problem is urgent, we will see you right away.
Confidentiality
Student Health Services maintains a policy of strict confidentiality for all services and medical records. Information will be released only with the written consent of the student or as required by law.
