Project Description: NNU SIFE teaches local 4th grade students about the importance of the agriculture industry though an interactive presentation on how agriculture affects our world, the United States, Idaho, and also right at home int he Treasure Valley through Watching Idaho. Not only do these students learn about agricultural products they eat everyday, but yhey also learn about what it meanse to export and import. They are then invited to visit our campus for hands-on activities at World Trade Day to learn more about Idaho's agricultural products, applications of exporting and importing, and how to exchange these products between countries that may have different currencies.

Ethics Film:
2006-2007
Project Description: NNU SIFE partnered with the NNU Mass Communications Department to produce a 35 mm film on the topic of business ethics. We realize that the movies used in college ethics courses are both cheezy and uneffective. We set out to create this film with educational supplements that will challenge students and generate quality conversations in a classroom setting. We intend to partner our film with an ethics textbook in order to be distributed around the country and possible around the world. As the script-writing and filming are happening this year, the project will be completed next year.

Money Madness
2007-2008
Project Description: Money Madness is an interactive financial literacy game that teaches students how to budget and invest for the future. SIFE students act out the parts of such characters as boss, parent, best friend, financial advisor and so on as students play a recent graduate and try to make the best decisions in order to excel at life. All in all, the students have a lot of fun and come away with the game with a new understanding for finances.
